TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24 Hrs Rental. All charges are for time out, whether used or not, please choose carefully.
Linens are to be free of food particles and dry to prevent mildew. Burn marks and torn linens are customer’s responsibility for replacement costs. Customer will not get any credit for unused linen.
Damaged or Lost Items
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time rental equipment is taken until it is returned. Please be sure equipment is secured and protected from weather when not in use and while being transported. Replacement charges will be made for any missing, damaged or broken items. Customer will be responsible for replacement costs of any linens that are damaged by mildew, burn marks, rips and/or candle wax.
Set Up & Take Down
Special arrangements must be made in advance for set up and take down services and will be subject to additional fees.
A valid credit card is required as a security deposit for all items rented. A valid photo ID must also be presented at the time of rental.
Lessee needs to contact One stop party store With 24 hrs after placing the order. If you choose to cancel your event, We cannot return your deposit as We would have turned away other clients on your date. Due to the limited number of events that One stop party store can reserve the same day.
Delivery & Pick-Up
Delivery service is available with a order of $150.00 o more. An additional fee of $50.00 for deliver and $50.00 for pick up is charged for delivery depending upon location. All equipment must be ready for pick-up in a single location. Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked and ready for pick-up in a protected area. Linen should be free of food and dry to prevent mildew.
