What do I need to bring place an order?
You will need a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID card or Mexican CID. No gift cards will be accepted at the time of rental; however other forms of payment are accepted for the rental fees

Checks are accepted 10 days prior to the event
Credit card payments; The credit card and ID need to belong to the person renting, You have to be at least 18 years old to rent. 3% Credit card surcharge fee will be applied with all transactions over the phone
1- Deposit 50% deposit s required to confirm all reservations. Please be aware all payments are non refundable.
2-Security deposit A refundable deposit upon return of equipment is required on all pick up rentals, deposit of $40 is required for all reservations that are $300 or less. A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is required on reservations that are $400.00 or more. Reservations that are $400.00 or more are referred to as large events.
3- Linens should be residue-free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Please do not place linens in plastic bags.
4-Set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, linen, Is available for a nominal fee, which must be arranged at time of reservation.
If you chose to rent items in lieu of the set up fee, then you are responsible for preparing items for pick up, i.e. tables and chairs must be folded and stacked. In addition, linens must be kept in a dry place.
5-Adjustments: Final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior to the booking date in order for adjustments to be made to the final invoice of the quantity
6-For last minute bookings (i.e. within 4 weeks before your function) we cannot guarantee exact materials for last minute bookings, although if we are unable to obtain your exact materials we will provide a suitable alternative.
7-A charge will be added for items requiring excessive cleaning upon return
8– Late returns Another 24 hr. Rental fee will be charged if not returned per agreement.
9- All charges must be paid to lessor on the front of this contract prior to delivery.
10– Delivery service is done from 9 am to 6 pm, if you need delivery or pick up before or after these times there is an extra fee depending on the times and amount of equipment rented. Normal delivery is “curbside” (Curbside within 50 feet). An additional charge of $50 will be added to all orders requiring Equipment to be carried over 50 feet – $75 for stairs $50 for elevators. All charges in this invoice are subject to final audit – Renter authorizes any credits of addition charges to be made and paid by the method used at the time of reservation.
11-Cancellations—Lessee needs to contact ONE STOP PARTY STORE Within 24 hrs after placing your reservation If canceled after 24 hrs. All charges , including any deposits, are not-refundable considering the fact that some of items may be special orders. A retainer $300.00 non refundable reservation fee will be issued with the signing of this contract, due to the limited number of events that ONE STOP PARTY STORE can reserve the same day. Refund will not be granted on rentals whether used or not once they have left the warehouse.
Cancellation of orders the day of or at the time of delivery are subject to 100% cancellation charge
12-Balloon decor We never guarantee perfect results with balloon decor outdoors.
13- Balloons pose no threat to health, wildlife or the environment O.S.P.S. cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury following the misuse of balloons.
14-The customer assumes responsibility of all equipment rented from the time of delivery to time of pick up. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft and protected from weather. Rented items should be returned in the same conditions as received. Renter will notify Lessor at the moment that any equipment is defective or in non-working order. Failure to do so will result in the Renter’s loss of the right to receive a refund (either partially or in full) and may result in damage charges charged to Renter. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items. If Renter or a representative is not available at time of delivery or pickup, Renter accepts Lessor’s count as correct.
15- LIABILITY The Company accept no liability whatsoever for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any items leased.
16-Rental Agreement The Lessee shall be in charge of the equipment rented, and is fully responsible for it’s operations as well as returning the rental equipment in good working order. While in possession of lessee the unit is in the possession of the lessee. Cost of attorney’s fee that Lessor shall incur or suffer, which arise, result from or relate to the use of unit by Lessee, any guest of Lessee, or to any other persons using the units or to a claim by any other person injured by or on account of the unit while the unit is in possession of the lessee. Lessee understands and agrees to the provisions .___________initial.
17-Tens Our priority is to secure each tent the safest way possible, ONE STOP PARTY STORE is not responsible for any damage to water, gas or other pipe lines. It is the responsibility of the lessee if any damage or accidents are caused to people or property by any of ONE STOP PARTY STORE personnel. Renter agrees to pay 100% of such repairs/fines. 19-Cooking under the tent is prohibited by the fire marshal and will damage tent
18-Adult supervision is absolutely required at all times with bouncer units.
19- All people MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in bouncer unit.
20- To avoid injuries, flips, summer-salts and rough housing ARE NOT ALLOWED!!
21- No food, drinks, silly string, gum, sharp objects, eye glasses, or balloons in the bouncers.
22- Only compatible age group and size shall play on the bouncer unit at the same time.
23- Lessee agrees to keep the bouncer unit in his /her custody and not to sublease, sell or remove from the delivery address.
24– During rain, lightning, thunder, high winds, or other inclement weather, We reserve the right to cancel any reservation and/or pick up equipment rented before agreed pickup time. If any of the above weather conditions are forecast-ed, please call us if you wish to reschedule your reservation 72 hours before your event at no cost. Our cancellation policy goes into effect if you don’t call us within the 72 hour grace period. There will be no refunds issued once the equipment is set up.
We look out for the safety of our employees as well as the safety of our customers. We reserve the right to do the following:
* Cancel any reservation when our customer’s safety or our employee’s safety is in question.
* Not set up our equipment when our customer’s safety or our employee’s safety is in question.
